1. Nature of Products

Helpful Legal Store provides digital downloadable legal document templates.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

2. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the intangible and downloadable nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds will not be issued once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate payment made due to technical error
  2. Payment deducted but product not delivered
  3. File is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be reissued

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

All refund approvals are subject to internal review.

4. No Cancellation After Download

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • The digital file has been downloaded
  • Access credentials have been issued

Since the product is immediately accessible, cancellation is not possible post-delivery.

5. User Responsibility

It is the user’s responsibility to:

  • Confirm compatibility with their editing software

We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding of product scope.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds may result in:

  • Blocking of future purchases

7. Processing of Approved Refunds
